Rumours that suggests that ECB member Weidmann has changed his stance on QE. According to anonymous sources, Weidmann is now ready to support QE if he and his colleagues deem it necessary on the basis that deflation risks are threatening the economy. US initial jobless claims inched up to 304k in the week ending April 12 from 300k, but were better than the consensus forecast at 315k. Just 10 points here and there for the USD. This supports the dollar strength though.

TRY continued to bullish against GBP and USD after the negative comments on Morgan Stanley report, released yesterday. Worries of Economic growth in Turkey by IMF, Moody’s and Fetch ratings, and UK and Euro zone low inflation caused the TRY further weakened.
